I'm a revenue operations and GTM systems consultant based in Denver. For more than four years I've designed and built the CRM infrastructure B2B organizations run on: data models, custom objects, multi-system integrations, automation, and the reporting leadership uses to make decisions.

Most of the problems I get called in for, like messy data, KPIs nobody trusts, and deals sitting in stages that don't mean anything, aren't really the problem. They're symptoms of a foundation that was never set. I fix the foundation, then build on it.

That foundation matters more now than it used to. It's what decides whether AI tools give your team reliable answers or confident, wrong ones.
